When we initially booked the cottage it was not owned by Vacasa. We were told it had everything needed, towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. We should have known when there was no one there to check us in and had to call a handwritten note on the door.
First we have no phone service there and had to go next door. We called the number and left a message. There was no one to meet us or tell us about the room key lock box. We had no cleaning supplies went out and got our own and when we called Vacasa were told to call a number if we needed something and when we did we had to leave a message that has yet been returned!
Unfortunately we need running water. None of the cottages had water not just ours. Overall the view is great, the service and quality of Vacasa was horrible. Having said all that the cottage was ok for a large group. We had five in our group and plenty of bed space and the beds were comfortable. Things are pretty outdated as far as furniture, tv etc, but the crooked floor and slanted ceiling gave it some character for a beach cottage. Internet was not consistent but who needs it at the ocean right?
Just don't expect it. First of all, we apologize that you were unhappy with your visit. Vacasa does currently manage these units and there is no onsite staff. Your check in and lock box instructions are emailed to you several days prior to your arrival. We apologize if this was not clear in the check in instructions. Stayed in number one.

Due to the corona virus outbreak and the mandatory shelter in place order that is currently in place for the state that I reside WA as well as the state of the vacation home I rented OR I was forced to cancel my upcoming trip.
